We have come up with the concept for "Pop-Top" Tiny Homes, LLC in order to raise funds to permanently house our disabled Veterans. These portable tiny homes are designed to be eco-friendly, energy efficient, expandable, and offer many high-tech options. They are the only tiny homes available on the market that are vertically expandable. Our tiny home measures 24' long x 8'6" wide x 13'6" tall. Once located where you intend to set them up, they expand 4' vertically from 13'6" to 17'6". This allows you to have two (2) 7'4" high ceilings. Typical ceiling height in a traditional home is 8'. This vertical expansion eliminates the need for the very inconvenient lofts found in almost all other tiny home designs. Our "Pop-Top" Tiny Home also incorporates the following amenities and technologies:

• 100% solar powered. Also has the capability to tie into city power 50AMP and 30AMP.
  
• Central HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning) and two (2) large capacity, intelligent ceiling fans.
• ​Full size appliances: Clothes washer, clothes dryer, dishwasher, induction cook-top, microwave, oven, and refrigerator/freezer.
• High capacity on-board water storage. 279 gallons of fresh water storage and 279 gallons of grey/black water storage.
  
• LED lighting.
  
• Macerating toilet and garbage disposal for no solid waste in grey/black water storage tanks.
  
• Rainwater collection system. Captures, stores, and utilizes rainwater. Also has the capability of utilizing city water.
